Return Policy

At VVSLUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 10 days of delivery. For a return to be accepted:

• The item must be in brand-new condition
• The item must be returned in its original LED box
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
